Anna Ustyakina graduated from the Ural Federal University, majoring in literature. She also studied psychology at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow. Anna is an art critic, editor, musician, and performer. She is a member of the Ekaterinburg art criticism club and the folklore ensemble "Citizens". Anna explores techniques for working with the body and voice in everyday life.  Anna focuses on how to empower a person's self-regulation.
