Two halls will host installations and a performance of the main project. Furthermore, following the original purpose of the House of Communication and the Biennial's theme "A time to embrace and to refrain from embracing", the Main Post Office will be a place for sending letters and parcels to loved ones from other cities and to the project’s artists from other countries.

To use the Ekaterinburg Circus as the main project venue was the initiative of the invited team of curators – Çağla Īlk, Misal Adnan Yıldız, Assaf Kimmel. After their first research visit, they were fascinated by the circus dynasties and the history of these families.
