At the Innoprom exhibition, the commissioner of the biennale, Alisa Prudnikova, announced the venues of the 6th Ural Industrial Biennale: "This year we decided to move away from the format of a big blockbuster at the factory and chose several spaces where the projects of the biennale will be presented from October 2 to December 5."

The installations of the main project, which enter into a dialogue with factory life, will be located in the shop of automated machining production. Thanks to the strategic partnership of the biennale and Rostec, we will see an art project at an existing closed enterprise.

Yekaterinburg State Circus

At the initiative of the curatorial team of the main project— Chala Ilake, Adnan Yildiz and Assaf Kimmel — the arena of the current circus will become the venue of the biennale for the first time. From October 2 to October 24, all 3,000 sq. m. meters of the building will be given to a three-dimensional performative program, and installations in the public spaces of the circus will be placed during the entire duration of the biennale.

The former Salyut cinema

The recently closed cinema, whose history begins in 1912, will become the center of the public program of the biennale, including film screenings, performances and a rich children's program. Here we can also see installations and video works of the main project.

Main Post Office

Built in 1933, the constructivist "House of Communication" will also become the site of the biennale, where the works of the main program will be presented, here in two halls - for servicing individuals and legal entities-with a total area of more than 500 square meters. installations and performances will be located nearby.
