After the triumphal march through the country of the exhibition Taming the Void, dedicated to the half-century history of contemporary art in the Urals, Nizhny Tagil as one of its important centers was waiting for the study of its own artistic genealogy. More than 50 works, including documentation of performances, photographs, original objects; 430 square meters of exhibition; an event launching the first cluster in the city Samoro.doc, – at the exhibition Tagil School: Artists and Phenomena curated by Alexander Zakirov. 

The second point of the art tour is the exhibition by the artist Ikuru Kuwajima, dedicated to the legendary Japanese baseball player Viktor Starukhin, who was born in Nizhny Tagil in 1916 and emigrated to the east. In addition to archival materials about Starukhin, the exhibition features Japanese-Tagil collages showing imaginary scenes of the return of the Japanese baseball hero back to his homeland, as well as photographs of a baseball field built at the initiative of the artist near Nizhny Tagil.

The third project at the tour is the sculpture by Vadim Kondakov titled Convergence, installed in the bed of the river Chernaya on the territory of the old factory in Chernoistochinsk. The sound object is a drop-shaped, inflated reservoir of thin metal pierced with many long and thin metal rods. A closed metal object inflated under high water pressure resonates under the influence of vibrations of steel bars, like a drop of water hanging among tall reed stalks, swaying in the wind, uniting densely growing living strings.
